DC Walls Mural Festival

DC Walls returns this October with a new wave of murals, installations, artist projects, and creative activations across Washington, DC.

Curated and directed by DC artist Kelly Towles, DC Walls is a Washington, DC mural festival that brings together local, national, and international artists to create large-scale public art, neighborhood murals, community projects, and site-specific creative activations throughout the city.

Since 2016, DC Walls has helped expand Washington, DC’s mural landscape while connecting artists, neighborhoods, businesses, property owners, cultural partners, and the public through bold public-facing work and community-driven programming.

This year, DC Walls is building toward an expanded October experience with new mural locations, new collaborations, artist opportunities, public events, and fresh ways for the community to engage with artists and their process.
